Do wrestlers do a big taper the last week or so before NCAAs?


Swimmers and runners do this, but when I wrestled in HS our coach kicked our butts until the day before districts/regionals. Of course, he had no business coaching wrestling so that doesn't mean much. Wondering if Roby does something like short but intense practices towards the end.
